[PinSound 1] Asked to contact technical support after USB error

I purchased a soundboard for my Funhouse.  After installation, the board initialized sound and asked me to restart the machine.  Up to that point everything seemed fine but after restart the board checked the USB drive for errors and told me to contact technical support.  

Any suggestions on what to do next.  

I downloaded the software from your website and the funhouse sound file from the community site.

That means something goes wrong on the flash drive.

Could you send me a screenshot of the content of your USB flash drive?
