Format of the USB Drive

Question

I have downloaded the firmware update, but the board does not seem to be updating.  All it says is sound files are not present.

I have a 32GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive,

I have it formatted ExFAT.

In your Q&A, I cannot find any other specs.

pinsound-update-20062.psrom2  is loaded in the root directory.

the required USB format is FAT32.
